v1.2 quick bugfixes


A few quick fixes for WebGL.

  1. Apparently all textures for WebGL must be resolutions divisible by 4, I guess? So I added a pixel or two to some textures.
  2. Godot decided that the Burt texture was no longer found for some reason. So I reimported it.
  3. WebGL apparently requires any looping sounds to have the "loop" property clicked, regardless of whether or not the audio player is set to loop.

And with that, all issues with WebGL (other than awful performance) are resolved.
